What we collect

When a parent or guardian registers with Kauri Futsal, we collect the family and player information needed to consider registration, allocate a programme place, communicate about sessions, and support player welfare.

How we use and hold it

Registration responses are collected through Google Forms and held in Kauri Futsal’s Google Workspace. We use this information only to run Kauri Futsal programmes and communicate with the parent or guardian about their player’s participation. We do not sell personal information.

Your choices

Providing information is optional, but we may be unable to complete a registration or safely support a player without the details needed for that purpose. A parent or guardian may ask to access or correct their family or player information at any time.
